How to Get Perfect Hair, 5 Steps To Perfect Hair, Perfect Hair Style

For hair to look perfect it needs to look healthy. Your hair is your crowning glory. Look after it and it will shine for all the world to see. You don’t always need expensive treatments, or visits to a hair salon to manage your hair professionally. There’s so much you can do yourself.

1. For shiny, healthy hair think first of your body’s intake. Your hair is really just a reflection of what you are inside. A good balanced, nutritious and healthy diet will do more to make your hair shine than any shampoo or conditioner. And drink eight to ten glasses of water a day too; hair is 25% water, so don’t let yours go thirsty!

2. Dry your hair after washing in the ambient temperature of your room after using an absorbent towel to soak up the excess moisture, but don’t rub hard. If possible, don’t use blow-drying, flat irons, curling irons or hot rollers. Artificial heating will leave your hair brittle and damaged in time. Be natural whenever you can.

3. Prevent unnecessary hair damage by using the right kind of hairbrush. Only comb wet hair with a wide-tooth comb, combing from end to root, but avoiding touching the root. Detangling wet hair with a hard steel comb can create a lot of damage, so don’t!

4. Remove trichoptlosis, or split ends, like this: take small sections of your hair and carefully twist them in a gentle downward motion. The split ends will stick out. Using sharp scissors, carefully cut into the twisted section, but not right through, to remove the damaged cuticles and leave a natural layered look. Cut roughly the same amount from each twist to balance the effect.

5. Hair loss can be slowed, or even reversed by applying a few simple tips, though they probably won’t cure an underlying condition. Biotin can help to regenerate hair follicles: blend bananas with honey, yoghurt and low-fat milk, and drink it daily. Supplements such as Vitamin B6, zinc and saw palmetto will help too, but eliminating stress and getting plenty of sleep may work just as well.

We are all obsessed with our hair, whether we are 9 or 90, male or female. Look after yourself first and foremost and your hair will reflect that care and attention. The Biblical Samson’s strength lay in his fine flowing hair. Your hair reflects your strength too.

Outback Bowl Tickets Guide and Tips for your visit

The culmination of half a year’s worth of sporting and musical events, the Outback Bowl is an annual college football face-off, taking place on New Year’s Day in Tampa Bay, Florida. Hugely popular for both the game and the massed band half-time celebrations, this tradition is now in its 21st year.

This year’s game

Standard tickets to the game this year cost $75, kick-off being 1pm on January 1st 2013, at Raymond James Stadium. Children under 3 can get in for free if they don’t need a seat. However, the public seating allocation is limited and seat sizes are smaller than the cushioned member seats. All tickets sell fast, with the majority of the the prime seats allocated for club members, general members and school seating.

Membership guide

The general membership levels are coded as A, B and C, depending on how good the positions are and what privileges you get. For example, A membership costs $75 and allows you to buy 10 Outback Bowl tickets ($75 each) in the Green area, which denotes the seats in the corners of the stadium towards Gates A and D, B and C. The top level of this kind of package is C and for your $600 fee, you can get up to 60 seats in the Purple Area, further towards the club seating in the middle of the sidelines. All general members receive parking passes and club souvenirs.

Club membership is the top range of packages, with seats in the central band of both sidelines and a few extras besides. The basic club level (I) buys you 12 tickets in the Yellow Area – generally considered as the best seats in the house – 4 parking passes and VIP passes for 2 events in the Bowl social calendar leading up to the game. These include autumn events such as barbecues and a luncheon to kick off the college football season, as well as the gala evening at La Carte Pavillion into December. The club membership’s most prestigious package (Level V) takes you up to a total of $25,000, for which you receive 100 tickets, 25 parking passes, 6 VIP events and a corporate tent allocation to cater for 100 people.

Tips for your trip

The schedule of events in the last week of December is packed full, so it may be worth arriving early to make the most of the opportunities. Team days out are organised to local attractions such as the Busch Gardens Theme Park, for which fans can buy tickets on the day. There’s a huge beach party two days before kick-off at Clearwater Resort, involving marching band and cheerleader performances, as well as plenty of activities, including tug-of-war and live music that carries on into the evening. If you’re making a week-long visit, it might be worth checking some of the other attractions Tampa Bay is famed for; the sharks and coral reef at Florida Aquarium, the Lowry Park Zoo or the planetarium at MOSI.

Accommodation-wise, there are several areas to choose from and it might be worth mentioning the Outback Bowl to see if there are any discounts. Stay near Clearwater on the Gulf Beaches, closer to the stadium in Westshore, or opt for downtown Tampa and Ybor city for the central location and nightlife. Whether you’re here for the musical festivities, buzzing events line-up or just the game itself, the Outback Bowl is one of the most celebrated national events in America and should certainly promise a memorable time.

Holding Christmas Away From Home

With the Christmas and holiday season fast approaching, it is already time to start making plans for how to spend some valuable time with your family. Of course, many families have established traditions when it comes to Christmas time – they may spend the holiday in the same place every year, following the same tendencies and practices year in and year out. This can be wonderful, as much of what already makes the Christmas season so pleasant is the tradition involved with the holiday itself. However, if you are thinking about ways to do Christmas differently this year, you may want to think about some vacation options.

Generally speaking, vacations at Christmas time can be somewhat difficult. When you consider all of the different factors – spending time with family, maintaining Christmas tradition, giving gifts, etc. – they are often harder to manage away from home. However, there are certainly many ways that you can take steps to organize a memorable and special Christmas vacation for your family.

Christmas Holiday

Christmas Holiday

Here are a few tips to help you in planning such a trip.

  • Accommodations – One of easiest ways to maintain a traditional Christmas feeling for your family while celebrating away from home is to obtain private accommodations wherever you are vacationing. Needless to say, it can be somewhat difficult to design a Christmas atmosphere in a hotel room, which is why you may want to consider trying to book a cottage, house, condo, etc. for your family. Whether you are traveling to a tropical beach or the side of a ski slope, booking a private cottage for your family can allow you to combine a vacation destination with a home feeling.
  • Gift Giving – Much of the Christmas season revolves around the rush to shop for beloved friends and family. You want to find the perfect gifts for the people you love, and the whole process makes the holiday season a bit more special. However, it can be tricky to find time to shop when planning a vacation, and if you are hoping on picking up last minute gifts you may not be able to if you are in a remote location. Because of this, you may want to consider quick and easy shopping online at large stores like Marks and Spencer, where you can find something for just about anyone. Taking out the stress of extensive shopping makes your vacation simpler and more enjoyable.
  • Traditions – Finally, many families feel that it is difficult to maintain tradition when vacationing for Christmas. It is important to focus on small details in order to avoid this problem. Some examples might be cooking the same traditional dinner (simpler to do if you do book private accommodations), bringing along stockings for children in the family, or even putting some decorations up in your vacation destinations. These little touches can allow you to maintain great traditions even outside of your home.

I really like the location of the apartments. That is what made me live here to begin with. I work at a casino. Big surprise right? What has made me stay? Well, I just renewed because I can see that they are making things better. There were times last year I felt like I wanted to leave do to being pushed aside by the management, but since the new manager Alexander is there it seems like effort is finally being put in by management. He is the one that convinced me to stay. Besides the fact that there are hot chicks at the pool. Ha ha! In all honestly I like it here. I wanted to put something positive on here since I see so many negatives. Not everyone is unhappy living here.

Europe Best Beach Vacations, Europe Best Beaches, Top Beaches in Europe

Europe Best Beach Vacations

There are many things you could look for in a holiday; adventure, sports, culture, architecture or maybe great shopping. Sometimes however the best thing about going on holiday is swapping the grey pavements and cloudy skies for a stunningly beautiful beach, the kind with turquoise sea, azure skies and soft white sand underfoot. If that`s the most important aspect of your holiday (and why wouldn`t it be?) then take a look at some of Europe’s best beaches before you choose this year`s holiday destination. All around the coastline of Europe there are plenty of outstanding beaches to choose from.

Let`s start with San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily, Italy. San Vito Lo Capo can be found on the northwest coast of Sicily and this small town is blessed with some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see and to top it all off they are surrounded by some stunning mountain landscapes. This is what Sicilian dreams are made of. The town has not been too commercialised so retains its authentic feel and the opportunity to relax away from more crowded places. If you explore the area you will undoubtedly find some little used coves and deserted beaches for a true desert island feel.

Oludeniz is a small resort on the Turkish Riviera, along the south west coast overlooking the Aegean Sea. This place is one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean and regularly polls as one of the top five beaches in the world and it is not hard to see why. It is a scrupulously clean Blue Flag beach with a blue lagoon and sandy bay. The water promises those much sought after sparkling shades of turquoise and aquamarine and it is a great place to go paragliding because of the spectacular views on offer.

Another top beach in Europe can be found in Biarritz in France. Biarritz is located in the south of France and is part of the Basque region. It will not be as crowded as the French Riviera and it is a luxurious destination, perfect for surfing and soaking up the sun in beautiful surroundings. This part of France is renowned for its surfing and its annual competitions such as the Quicksilver/ Roxy Jam surfing tournament. It is also a popular gambling location, with two casinos located along the beach front.

Spain of course is always a popular tourist destination and there are always Low Cost Holidays voucher codes to be found for Spain. Next time you are going to Spain, give the most popular Balearic Islands like Ibiza and Majorca a miss and try the often overlooked Menorca because it is here you will find Cala de Algaiarens. This underused area contains two gorgeous beaches with golden sands and crystal clear water. As they are located on private land there is a small charge (about 4 Euro) to access them but this is more than worth it. These beaches are in an area of natural interest and surrounded by pine trees, rugged cliffs and rock formations.

Best Beaches of Marmaris, Best Beaches in Marmaris, Marmaris Beaches Turkey

Marmaris Mugla is a popular tourist resort on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Visitors are attracted by the beautiful scenery, warm climate and lively nightlife. The beach is a focal point of most holidays and there are several to choose from within easy reach of the town.

The only beach in the town itself is Marmaris beach. It is an unusual one as it is made up of volcanic black sand and shingle, but this does not mean it is unpopular. In fact, it can get so crowded that it can be difficult to find space for you, your companions and all your belongings.

As with many Turkey beaches, the sun beds are all owned and operated by the local cafes and restaurants. This means that in order to get one you have to buy a drink or a meal or barter with the owners. Fortunately, Turkish prices mean that this is not expensive. The other positive is that it means there is plenty of choice of places to eat and drink for snacks or at lunch time.

There are several water sports available on the beachfront. Before you decide to go ahead with any of these, however, it is a good idea to check that your insurance policy covers you for any injuries which may be incurred. The clear, turquoise waters are also a good place to snorkel and look at the fish.

The crowded nature of Marmaris beach means that many holiday makers are tempted to explore beaches further afield. Icmeler beach is one of the most popular. It has a reputation of being cleaner than Marmaris, although it is still a shingle beach and the sun beds are also controlled by the local cafes and restaurants. Unless you arrive early or have a prior arrangement, it can be difficult to get one. There are plenty of water sports available.

Icmeler Beach

Icmeler Beach

The town of Icmeler itself has a more rustic and peaceful air than the busier Marmaris. You can walk between the two beaches along the promenade but it is quite a long way, taking an average of an hour and half to two hours.

Turunc beach is manmade and so is quite stony. However, it has a reputation for being quiet and so is a good one to choose if you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet to read and soak up the sun. The snorkelling is also good with lots of fish to see. Turunc is a small village but has a few shops and places to get something to eat and drink. It is approximately 20km from Marmaris.

Günlücek Park beach is in a forest reserve but is popular and much closer, at less than 4km from Marmaris.

All of these beaches can be reached from Marmaris by dolmus (a shared taxi), the local bus service or by water taxi. However, by far the most flexible and easiest option is to hire a car for the duration of your stay. You will then be able to move around all the local beaches at your leisure. You will find that car rental is easy to arrange in Marmaris.
