We did an organised tour of turkey which included a one day tour of Istanbul. At least three days is needed.The food, the people, the place and ahhhh! the apple tea.
We will return.

They grow so many exotic tropical fruits and with better luck than most in Istanbul. I much prefer Istanbul now that Islamic and western influences is warmer. Just before we arrived, a scrubbing sprayed the plane with the heart of an abrasive mitt.
