The New Forest Wildlife Park is a beautiful 25-acre park in the ancient surroundings of Southampton woodland. The park is completely dedicated to supporting conservation efforts, and during your visit you’ll learn more about the rare and endangered species which live here in cleverly simulated enclosures. Meet four different otter species, each.

One more adorable than the last! Can you spot the differences in their faces, their claws or their frame? Or check out the four different types of deer and try to name as many differences as you can come up with. Compare twelve (!) species of owl and pick your favourite.

Do you like the instantly recognizable snowy owl? Or do you prefer the less familiar North American great horned owl?

You can also check out the butterfly garden, which has a wide variety of these beautifully coloured fluttering insects! Every day, the keepers host feeding talks throughout the park – check the notice board at the entrance!

Be sure to check out the gift shop – which sells souvenirs in a broad price range, as well as fragrant herbs and wild flowers in summer – and the Woodland Bakehouse, for a quick cup of coffee or a delicious snack. For more information, visit the website of New Forest Otter And Wildlife Conservation Park.
